  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees if cooking immediately.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups shredded Swiss, 1 cup mayo, 8 oz cream cheese, and 1/4 cup green onion.
  3. Add the mixture to a baking dish (If prepping this ahead of time, cover and set in the fridge until ready to bake).
  4. Once you’re ready to bake, top with crushed ritz crackers and bacon.
  5. Place in the oven to bake until bubbly. About 12-15 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with ritz crackers to enjoy!
