  1. Prepare one pack of the squiggly knife cut noodles by cooking in boiling water. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water and set aside to dry. Discard the sauce packet.
  2. Assemble the salad. In a large bowl, pour in the Sweet Chili Mango Salad along with the included toppings. Next add 2 tbsp mango pico de gallo, chilled cooked noodles, diced avocado, fresh mint, and season with salt to taste.
  3. Drizzle with chili onion crunch and the sweet chili mango salad dressing.
  4. Toss well to combine and serve cool with protein of choice or as is.
