  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare the ground beef. in a pan over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and break apart into small pieces with the end of a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until brown and no longer pink.
  3. Add diced onion to the ground beef and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Drain any excess grease from the meat and add a handful of shredded cheese. Mix to combine and melt. Once the cheese is melted, set the meat aside.
  5. Prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and a dash of pickle juice.
  6. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and add the bottom half to a baking sheet or baking dish.
  7. Spread the sauce to the bottom layer of the bread. Top with the ground beef mixture. Sprinkle the cheese on top of ground beef.
  8. Add the tops of the rolls to the burgers. Brush with melted butter and garnish with sesame seeds.
  9. Place them in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Once cooked, remove from the oven.
  11. Serve warm, slice, and enjoy!
