- Preheat oven to 350 degrees if cooking immediately.
- In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups shredded Swiss, 1 cup mayo, 8 oz cream cheese, and 1/4 cup green onion.
- Add the mixture to a baking dish (If prepping this ahead of time, cover and set in the fridge until ready to bake).
- Once you’re ready to bake, top with crushed ritz crackers and bacon.
- Place in the oven to bake until bubbly. About 12-15 minutes.
- Serve warm with ritz crackers to enjoy!
