Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sliders

- Add the chicken breast to a crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and bbq seasoning. Add minced garlic and tomato paste. Cover in bbq sauce and chicken broth. Toss to combine. Cover to cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- After you prep the chicken, prep your slaw. In a large bowl combine 2 cups slaw, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 tbsp mayo, 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, fresh cracked pepper, green onion, and cilantro. Stir to combine, cover, and set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Once the chicken is cooked, take two forks and shred the chicken well. Stir the shredded chicken into the sauce.
- Remove the slaw from the fridge and uncover.
- Serve the shredded chicken on rolls topped with a big spoonful of slaw and enjoy!
