  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain, toss with olive oil to prevent sticking, and set aside to cool.
  3. In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in marinara, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Add Boursin and stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
  7. Cut lasagna noodles into fourths and add to the sauce, stirring to coat.
  8. In a small bowl, mix ricotta with parsley, salt, and pepper.
  9. Spread noodle mixture onto a large sheet pan. Top with Parmesan and dollops of ricotta.
  10. Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden and slightly crispy.
  11. Serve warm, topped with fresh basil if desired.
