- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain, toss with olive oil to prevent sticking, and set aside to cool.
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in marinara, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Add Boursin and stir until melted and creamy.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
- Cut lasagna noodles into fourths and add to the sauce, stirring to coat.
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta with parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread noodle mixture onto a large sheet pan. Top with Parmesan and dollops of ricotta.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden and slightly crispy.
- Serve warm, topped with fresh basil if desired.
