Trader Joe's Egg Roll Tacos

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground pork
• 1/3 cup Trader Joe’s Soyaki Sauce
• 2 tsp grated ginger
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp Trader Joe’s Chili Onion Crunch
• 1 cup coleslaw
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 8-10 mini flour tortillas
• Trader Joes Spicy Dynamite Sauce, for serving
• Cilantro, for garnish
• Green onion, for garnish
• Lime juice, for serving

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, soyaki sauce, coleslaw, ginger, garlic, and chili crunch. Mix well and set aside.
2. Spread a spoonful of the pork mixture evenly on each tortilla.
3. In a pan or skillet over medium heat, drizzle oil. Once hot, place the tortilla meat side down on the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip to cook on the tortilla side for about 1 minute.
4. Once all the tacos are cooked, serve with a drizzle of dynamite sauce, lime juice, fresh cilantro, and green onion.
